## Text

If a premises is authorized pursuant to this chapter to serve or sell wine only, the premises shall also be authorized to serve or sell high alcohol content beer, as defined in § 57-3-101 . Amended by 2019 Tenn. Acts, ch. 435,s 3, eff. 5/22/2019. Amended by 2014 Tenn. Acts, ch. 861,s 8, eff. 5/1/2014. Acts 2006, ch. 733, § 7.
