## Text

Any person who gives information reports as required in §§ 55-10-107 - 55-10-109, knowing or having reason to believe that the information is false, commits a Class C misdemeanor. Acts 1955, ch. 329, § 87; T.C.A., § 59-1010; Acts 1989, ch. 591, § 113.
