## Text

The board of pharmacy and the appropriate occupational or professional licensing board governing persons who may legally dispense controlled substances may promulgate rules and charge reasonable fees relating to the registration and control of the manufacture, distribution, dispensing, warehousing of, and the provision of logistics services for controlled substances within this state. Amended by 2015 Tenn. Acts, ch. 293,s 6, eff. 4/24/2015. Acts 1971, ch. 163, § 17; 1971, ch. 408, § 1; 1981, ch. 358, § 1; T.C.A., § 52-1424; Acts 1990, ch. 1026, § 13.
