## Text

Any person, firm or corporation possessing, selling, bartering or giving away any drug in violation of this part or violating any other provision of this part commits a Class C misdemeanor. Acts 1972, ch. 597, § 8; T.C.A., § 52-1208; Acts 1989, ch. 591, § 113.
