## Text

An employer, as defined in § 50-1-304 , shall not require a physician, or a prospectively employed physician, to disclose participation in a physician wellness program, as defined in § 63-1-173 , as a condition of employment or continued employment. Added by 2024 Tenn. Acts, ch. 924,s 5, eff. 1/1/2025.
