The state board of education shall notify local school systems no less than one (1) full year prior to the effective date of any academic prerequisite course requirements in career and technical education. Amended by 2015 Tenn. Acts, ch. 55,s 13, eff. 4/6/2015. Acts 2002, ch. 813, § 1.
