(a) The secretary of state may prescribe and furnish forms and filing methods for all filings required by this title. (b) If the secretary of state so requires, then use of these forms is mandatory. Amended by 2020 Tenn. Acts, ch. 719, s 9, eff. 6/22/2020. Amended by 2014 Tenn. Acts, ch. 899, s 10, eff. 1/1/2015. Acts 1987, ch. 242, § 1.31.
