## Text

This chapter and chapter 2 of this title shall be known and may be cited as the "Tennessee Banking Act." Amended by 2017 Tenn. Acts, ch. 457,s 2, eff. 7/1/2017. Acts 1969, ch. 36, § 1 (1.101); T.C.A., § 45-101.
