## Text

A violation of this chapter, or any of the rules, regulations or orders issued pursuant to this chapter, is a Class E felony. Acts 1957, ch. 374, § 21; T.C.A., §§ 42-229, 42-2-128; Acts 1989, ch. 591, § 34.
