## Text

Wardens and superintendents shall report the confinement of first term inmates to the division of rehabilitative services within twenty-four (24) hours following the inmates' arrival. Acts 1949, ch. 257, § 1; C. Supp. 1950, § 12110.1 (Williams, § 12104.1); Acts 1970, ch. 471, § 17; T.C.A. (orig. ed.), § 41-206.
