The commissioner of children's services shall act as compact administrator in accordance with the terms of Article VII. Acts 1974, ch. 477, § 8; impl. am. Acts 1975, ch. 219, § 2; T.C.A., § 37-1405; Acts 1996, ch. 1079, § 73.
