## Text

The oath of office shall be the same as that prescribed for circuit court judges and chancellors and shall be taken and filed in the same manner and with the same officers as prescribed for circuit court judges and chancellors. Acts 1959, ch. 109, § 13; T.C.A., § 16-1107.
