## Text

The commission shall submit an annual report in accordance with established guidelines to the department and the Chairs of the Senate Labor, Commerce and Industry Committee and House Labor, Commerce and Industry Committee. Effect of Amendment 2016 Act No. 170, SECTION 1, rewrote the section. 2024 Act No. 204, SECTION 3, reenacted the section with no apparent change.
