[9 L.P.R.A § 5001 Inciso (2)] "Agente del Orden Público" Significará un agente del Negociado de la Policía de Puerto Rico, Policía Municipal, Inspector de la Comisión de Servicio Público, Oficial de la Oficina de Seguridad General de la Autoridad de los Puertos de Puerto Rico o Cuerpo de Vigilantes del Departamento de Recursos Naturales y Ambientales.
