## Text

Los solares que hayan de arrendarse para vivienda, con derecho a propiedad, de acuerdo con la presente, serán del área que el Comisionado de lo Interior y la Comisión de Hogares Seguros determinaren, pero no excederán de cuatrocientos (400) metros cuadrados. Los solares que hayan de arrendarse para vivienda y labranza, con derecho de propiedad, de acuerdo con la presente, serán del área que el Comisionado de lo Interior y la Comisión de Hogares Seguros determinaren de acuerdo con la calidad del terreno y el cultivo a que se dedique.
