## Text

El montante del alquiler que habrá de cobrarse por las casas construidas, de acuerdo con esta Ley, será fijado por la Comisión de Hogares Seguros; se fijará igualmente el precio en que el arrendatario podrá adquirir en propiedad, la casa y solar arrendados. Al determinar el tipo del alquiler y el precio de venta, la Comisión de Hogares Seguros tomará en consideración lo siguiente: El valor de los terrenos ocupados por dichas casas. El costo de construcción de dichas casas. Los gastos de reparaciones y conservación. Disponiéndose, que los gastos de aseguro y de administración se pagarán de los fondos generales de la Comisión; Disponiéndose, además, que la cantidad pagada por alquiler se destinará a la amortización de dicho precio, transfiriéndose la propiedad de la misma al arrendatario, sus herederos o causahabientes cuando dicho precio hubiere sido satisfecho totalmente.
