## Text

Para propósitos de las Secciones 1033.10 y 1033.15(a)(3) del Código o disposiciones análogas de cualquier ley que le sustituya, los donativos hechos al Fideicomiso se tratarán como donativos hechos a una entidad descrita en la Sección 1101.01(a)(2) del Código que ha sido debidamente cualificada como tal por el Secretario de Hacienda de Puerto Rico.
