6 de 24 de septiembre de 1979, según enmendada, conocida como “Ley de Primarias Presidenciales Compulsorias”; se añade un acápite (1) al subinciso 23 del Artículo 2.004, un Artículo 10.006 y se enmienda el inciso (b) del Artículo 3.003 de la Ley 222-2011, según enmendada, conocida como “Ley para la Fiscalización del Financiamiento de Campañas Políticas en Puerto Rico”; se deroga la Ley 12-2018, conocida como “Ley para Garantizar el Voto Presidencial a todos los ciudadanos americanos residentes en Puerto Rico” e integrar sus disposiciones a este Código; y para otros fines.
