## Text

The department, based upon a traffic and engineering investigation, shall have the power to designate a segment of a highway as a highway safety corridor. (Dec. 23, 2002, P.L.1982, No.229, eff. 6 months) 2002 Amendment. Act 229 added section 6105.1. Cross References. Section 6105.1 is referred to in section 3326 of this title.
