## Text

Except as set forth in section 1935 (relating to fee for local use), no municipality shall require or collect any registration or license fee or tax for any vehicle or driver's license from any person. (Nov. 25, 2013, P.L.974, No.89, eff. 60 days) 2013 Amendment. See the preamble to Act 89 in the appendix to this title for special provisions relating to legislative findings and declarations.
