## Text

The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

"Agent." A State parole agent appointed by the department.

"Board." The Pennsylvania Parole Board.

"Community corrections center." A residential program that is supervised and operated by the department in accordance with
