## Text

A person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree if he, by any scheme or device, or in any manner, for any purpose, intentionally listens into the deliberations of any grand, petit, traverse, or special jury. Cross References. Section 5103 is referred to in section 1515 of Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure).
