## Text

There is established a program to be known as the Small Business First Program. The program shall be administered by the authority and provide loans to eligible persons for certain projects which encourage job-creating and job-preserving economic development within this Commonwealth. (Oct. 22, 2014, P.L.2569, No.161, eff. Nov. 1, 2014) Cross References. Section 2303 is referred to in section 2302 of this title.
