# ORS § 60.021: 60.021 Appeal from Secretary of State’s refusal to file document

## Text

If the Secretary of State refuses to file a document delivered to the office for filing, the domestic or foreign corporation, in addition to any other legal remedy which may be available, shall have the right to appeal from such order pursuant to the provisions of ORS chapter 183. [1987 c.52 §10]
