## Text

ORS 743A.010 (Services provided by state hospital or state approved program) does not apply to group practice maintenance organizations that are federally qualified pursuant to Title XIII of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300e et seq.). [1981 c.422 §2; 1981 c.891 §3]
