## Text

ORS 40.010 (Rule 100. Short title) to 40.585 (Rule 1008. Functions of court and jury) and 41.415 (Photograph of victim in prosecution for criminal homicide) shall be known and may be cited as the Oregon Evidence Code. [1981 c.892 §1]
