# ORS § 508.045: 508.045 Exemption of retail fish dealers

## Text

Notwithstanding ORS 508.025 (License required to take, process or deal in fish) and 508.035 (Separate licenses required for certain fishing gear and activities) , no license is required to handle or deal in food fish and shellfish for human consumption as a retail fish dealer.
