## Text

It is unlawful for a wholesaler, canner or buyer to buy or receive food fish from a person who the wholesaler, canner or buyer does not have reasonable cause to believe is licensed as required under ORS 508.035 (Separate licenses required for certain fishing gear and activities) , unless such person is exempt from the requirements of ORS 508.035 (Separate licenses required for certain fishing gear and activities) . [1965 c.570 §62a]
