## Text

This section and the amendments to ORS 498.022 (Purchase, sale, exchange or possession of wildlife or wildlife parts or products) by section 2, chapter 3, Oregon Laws 2017, shall be known and cited as the “Wildlife Trafficking Prevention Act.” [2017 c.3 §1]

Note: 498.021 (Short title) was enacted into law but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 498 or any series therein by law. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
