## Text

Funds may be obtained by a county as prescribed by ORS 280.040 (Definitions for ORS 280.040 to 280.145) to 280.145 (Serial levy under former law) for the purpose of advancing funds to a district established under ORS 451.410 (Definitions for ORS 451.410 to 451.610) to 451.610 (Advisory committee for emergency communications system) to finance the cost of any service facility which the district is authorized to construct, maintain and operate. [1969 c.646 §17]
