## Text

The Governor, the Columbia River Gorge Commission and all state agencies and counties are hereby directed and provided authority to carry out their respective functions and responsibilities in accordance with the compact executed under ORS 196.150 (Compact provisions) to 196.165 (Status of commission employees for purposes of certain benefits) and the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area Act. [Formerly 390.505]
