September 30, 2025 House Bill 96 - 136th General Assembly (A) The Ohio airport improvement program fund is created in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of money appropriated to it by the general assembly. (B) The fund shall be used by the office of aviation to support the Ohio airport improvement program. The program provides financial support to publicly owned, public-use airports in Ohio. (C) Investment earnings of the fund shall be credited to the fund. Last updated August 15, 2025 at 11:56 AM
