September 29, 2017 House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly The opportunities for Ohioans with disabilities agency shall provide vocational rehabilitation services to all eligible individuals with disabilities, including any eligible individual with a disability who is eligible under the terms of an agreement or arrangement with another state or with the federal government. If vocational rehabilitation services cannot be provided to all eligible individuals with disabilities in the state who apply for vocational rehabilitation services, the agency shall implement an order of selection in accordance with 34 C.F.R. 361.36.
