119.03 The general licenses provided in this chapter are subject to the provisions of paragraph (D) of rule 3701:1-40-08 , paragraphs (A) to (C) of rule 3701:1-40-16 , rules 3701:1-40-19 to 3701:1-40-21 , and Chapter 3701:1-38 of the Administrative Code unless indicated otherwise in the specific provision of the general license. Attention is directed particularly to the provisions of the rules in Chapter 3701:1-38 of the Administrative Code which relate to the labeling of containers.
