* § 35. This act shall take effect immediately, except sections\nfifteen to twenty-six, inclusive, and twenty-eight, twenty-nine and\nthirty-three, which shall take effect on September first, nineteen\nhundred and twenty.\n * NB Section 35 was not redesignated when article 2 was added.\n
