§ 300. Registry of owner. On or before July first, nineteen hundred\nfifty-four, every owner of a multiple dwelling shall file with the\ndepartment a statement, in duplicate, on a form to be prepared by the\ndepartment substantially as follows:\nOwner of record: .......................................................\nStreet No. or other identifying description: ...........................\nType of construction: ..................................................\n (frame, brick, stucco, etc.)\nHeight of building: ................No. of stories: ....................\nNumber of rooms or apartments for which designed: ......................\nNumber of persons in occupancy: ........................................\n
