## Text

§ 21-1305. Advisory committee.\n The Department of Environmental Conservation shall provide an advisory\ncommittee with whom the member of the Susquehanna river basin commission\nfrom this state may consult with respect to the conduct of New York\nparticipation in the compact.\n
