## Text

The provisions of NRS 269.016 to 269.022 , inclusive, and 269.024 to 269.0248 , inclusive, apply to each unincorporated town in a county having a population of less than 100,000 which has not elected to accept the provisions of the Unincorporated Town Government Law.
