## Text

9. Rules and regulations. The director is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations and to charge reasonable fees relating to the registration and control of the manufacture, distribution, and dispensing of controlled dangerous substances within this State. L.1970, c.226, s.9; amended 2007, c.244, s.8.
