## Text

3. The duties of the coordinator of education for persons who are deaf or have a hearing impairment shall include evaluating, coordinating and developing local, county, regional, and State-operated educational programs and services for children who are deaf or have a hearing impairment. L.1981, c.351, s.3; amended 2017, c.131, s.37.
