## Text

5. A person who violates any provision of this act or any regulation adopted pursuant to this act is subject to a fine of not less than $100 for the first offense, $300 for the second offense, and $500 for the third and each subsequent offense. L.1987,c.269,s.5; amended 1995,c.401,s.19.
