## Text

28-01-04. Actions for recovery or possession of real property - Limitations

No action for the recovery of real property or for the possession thereof may be maintained,

unless the plaintiff, or the plaintiff's ancestor, predecessor, or grantor, was seized or possessed

of the premises in question within twenty years before the commencement of such action.
