19-24.1-03.3. Qualifying patients - Nonresidents

In lieu of the written certification required under section 19-24.1-03, a nonresident who

holds a valid out-of-state medical marijuana card issued by the state in which the nonresident

resides, may submit to the department a copy of the nonresident's out-of-state department-

approved identification and a copy of an out-of-state medical marijuana card. The department-
