## Text

19-02.1-03. Injunction proceedings

In addition to the remedies hereinafter provided, the department is hereby authorized to

apply to the district court of Burleigh County for, and such court shall have jurisdiction upon

hearing and for cause shown to grant, a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any

person from violating any provision of section 19-02.1-02, irrespective of whether or not there

exists an adequate remedy at law.
