## Text

53-6-112 . Department to print and distribute copies of part and certain forms. The department shall have printed and shall distribute copies of this part to all local offices of public assistance and shall prescribe the form of and print and supply to the local offices of public assistance blanks of applications, reports, and other forms that may be necessary in relation to medical assistance.
