## Text

The commissioner shall maintain a list of all persons who have registered with the department for the purpose of receiving notices of public lease sales, the filing of applications for negotiated leases, and notices of intent to offer lands available through preference rights leasing. The department may inquire as to whether those persons on the list wish to maintain their names on the list and may remove names for which there is a negative reply or no reply within 60 days. When the commissioner publishes a notice under part 6125.0500 , subpart 1, or 6125.0610 , subpart 2, or receives an application under part 6125.0600 , a copy of the notice or application shall be sent to all persons registered with the department to receive the notices.
