## Text

Subpart 1. Scope. The land use controls set forth herein shall apply to the area within the land use district boundaries described in the management plan, and determined in accordance with part 6105.0070 , subpart 2, item B. Subp. 2. Types of districts. The following land use districts shall be established in accordance with the classification of the river in the management plan: A. wild river land use district; B. scenic river land use district; and C. recreational river land use district.
