Subpart 1. Amended definitions. UPC section 205.0 is modified by amending the following definitions: Certified Backflow Assembly Tester - Has the same meaning as backflow prevention tester defined in Minnesota Statutes, section 326B.42, subdivision 1c . Clear Water Waste - Uncontaminated water discharges, subsoil discharges, and similar discharges. Code - For purposes of this chapter, "this code" or "the code" means the Minnesota Plumbing Code, Minnesota Rules, chapter 4714. Subp. 2. Added definitions. UPC section 205.0 is modified by adding the following definition: Commissioner - Means the commissioner of labor and industry or a duly designated representative of the commissioner who is either an employee of the Department of Labor and Industry or a person working under contract with the department.
