## Text

1. Employer duties. An employer has the following duties. A. An employer shall furnish to each employee employment and a place of employment that are free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to the employee. [PL 2013, c. 473, §5 (NEW).] B. An employer shall comply with occupational safety and health rules adopted under this chapter. [PL 2013, c. 473, §5 (NEW).] [PL 2013, c. 473, §5 (NEW).]

2. Employee duties. An employee shall comply with occupational safety and health rules and all rules adopted under this chapter that are applicable to the employee's own actions and conduct. [PL 2013, c. 473, §5 (NEW).]
