# 25 M.R.S. § 2803-C: 25 §2803-C. Penalty

## Text

An agency or individual who fails to comply with a provision of this chapter commits a civil violation for which the State or the local government entity whose officer or employee committed the violation or the individual who committed the violation may be adjudged a fine not to exceed $500. [PL 2013, c. 147, §25 (AMD).]
